The thing that I love about us Filipinos is our ability to still smile and share a giggle even in the midst of tragedy. Here, a man tries to do seductive poses (obviously for fun) while wading in the flood. The flood was caused by tropical storm “Katsena” or locally known as “Ondoy”.
