Plastiq Musiq is an indie label based in Tennessee. They release mostly electronic/synth music and have worked with bands like Joy Electric, Soviet, Cut the Red Wire and Flashlight Party. I have been following these guys for a while (I remember them releasing a Joy Electric and Goodnight Star album back in ‘99 — both of which im a big fan of). I also remember making a remix for Cut the Red Wire that I never actually finished (boo).

It was a pleasant surprise receiving an email from Andy, the current owner, expressing his interest in including a track of Spazzkid in his upcoming compilation. I said YES in a heartbeat! haha. woohoo!
