in an effort to become healthier, i have been counting calories quite religously and have been taking in less than the daily allowance (coupled with running, so i can lose weight). when i added up a normal mcdonald’s breakfast meal (sausage mcmuffin with egg, hash brown and coffee) everything came up to 600 cal which is about half of what i should be eating for a day.
